Absolutely fantastic service. I’d been past this place many times over the years in Leeds, so when I found myself needing a washing machine, I thought I’d try these guys out. They were really helpful from start to finish and even delivered and installed on the same day at no additional cost! Couldn’t recommend these guys more.
My old dishwasher was leaking from the bottom. I need it to work for another two years so I took it for repair. 90 mins later it was fixed; it needed a few washers that weren’t in stock so the repairer customised what he had. No leak now and working great. All for £50 cash. Even helped getting the washer out and back in the car. I can’t recommend highly enough.
Paul put himself out to fit me in the same day I called, even though it meant he would be working late that day. Unfortunately, he was not able to repair my machine, so I can not comment on that, but very good customer service nevertheless.
You can really tell that Joseph is SO attentive and skilled at what he does and passionate about his work. He came in and diagnosed our washing machine within 5 minutes and had it fixed within 20 as he had the parts to hand! Such a friendly, genuine gentleman who I’ll definitely call on if any future problems arise with any of my large appliances. A true handyman – thank you!
Brilliant service by the team. Rang at 11am and they came at 3pm same day, fitted my new washing machine seal and a problem caused by whoever installed the machine in the first place. My washer is now quiet for the first time in its life! Fair price and friendly service. Highly recommended.
