Normally I would think the oven breaking down 5 days before Christmas would be my worst nightmare but it wasn’t all thanks to Brendan at AAC. Having contacted 3 other repair services – non of which even returned my calls – I found AAC’s number and left a message. He called back within 10 mins and arranged to be at my house 7.30am the next day. By 7.48am the job was done and my family will now be eating Turkey on Monday!!

Have used AAC quite a few times now. Their service is excellent, friendly and considerate to your needs. They’ll arrive when they say (Or will be in touch to say why they’re not there), and the costs are reasonable within the overall marketplace. Have already recommended to friends and colleagues, and will continue to do so. After being through several other repairers and services throughout the Cheshire area, AAC are someone we’ll keep going back to.
My dishwasher wasn’t draining phoned bredan he knew the problem without coming out .. He ordered the part came out not only fitted the part but because the wood had swollen he needed to do extra which was not part of his work and when I needed him again to fix a minor issue no fault of his came back out did the minor repair which he didn’t have to do.. saved me getting another handyman . didn’t charge me . true gentleman nothing to much trouble knows his trade
Avoid, avoid, avoid. Booked this guy in, took time off work, rang him to see where he was & he said he’d be over an hour late as he’d been stuck in traffic. No apology, nothing, just told me to find someone else. Awful, awful customer service.
Had a problem with my cooker, so gave these guys a call. Quick, no nonsense, cheap and friendly. Couldn’t ask for much more. Excellent service
The first time I used this company they turned up and carried out the repair. They were supposed to come back a couple of weeks later having ordered a part but I have found them to be absolutely hopeless. I have been waiting since before Christmas and it is now March. Not even the courtesy to inform me they could not keep the appointment which was eventually made. I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone.
