Its a small independent family business,helping to provide a professional yet personal approach to all my customers, old and new.
I have over 28 years experience as an engineer in the trade,so you will get an honest and friendly approach to any service or repair that I carry out, fitting if required, only quality manufacturers parts.
I know that when your appliances break down you want a fast response and reasonable prices. I can usually call the same day or next day, repairing 85% of appliances there and then, as I have a well equipped van of spares. Should I need to order a part ,it should arrive next day ready to fit, so causing as little inconvenience as possible.

Fast responsiveness. Solved the problem straight away.
Very prompt and efficient- will certainly use again
Washing machine broke down at the worst possible time when I was just out of hospital after surgery. My husband rang Ray and he came around and fixed the problem the same afternoon. Very pleased with responsivness, effectiveness and value. Would recommend. Val Turner
Called and messaged multiple times to which I only had one response asking what the problem was. That was the only time I received a response. Not very professional at all when customers have to keep chasing for a response.
Phoned about 9.30 and by 12.00 on the same day the cooker was repaired. Ray was very friendly and efficient. Very happy to recommend or use again.
