Came round within a couple of days. Sorted the problem . No callous charge.
Prompt response, friendly professional service from Steve. Managed expectations regarding delayed delivery of parts and arrived on next working day to complete repair once part received. Would feel confident to recommend this company to anyone and would certainly use again.

I called around a number of washing machine repair companies to get quotes, most didn’t even get back to me, others that did were looking for a call out charge that was a third of the price of a new washing machine, or an upfront payment that was even more.
Bryan’s Domestics were the most prompt getting back to me. There was no call out charge and they slotted me in the next day. The technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the fault really quickly, and gave me his honest opinion that I was better off buying a new machine than paying for a replacement motor.
I’m seriously impressed with this honesty as I am sure other companies would have tried to make me to pay for a replacement part that cost more than what the machine was worth when you factored in labour. The fact that they didn’t even charge for the call out left me feeling a little guilty for wasting their time, so I figured the least I could do was write a positive review.
I can happily recommend this company and I will make sure that I will keep their number handy as the first company I call should I need this sort of service again.

I highly recommend Bryan he is very helpful and a genuinely nice guy. He tried several options to repair the dryer on my washing machine combo, unfortunately it was an old model and beyond repair. I would definitely use his services again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
