Engineer couldn’t find model number so didn’t repair oven. Instead charged me in advance of attending. Did not reply any of my follow up emails. Daylight robbery! Avoid!!!!
even though they didn’t have the parts in stock, they were really helpful and honest 5* service, took the time to deal with my query. Highly recommended
I called Capital Repairs as my washing machine wasn’t draining water. The lady I spoke with was so helpful, empathetic and attentive and was able to get an engineer booked for the next morning. The engineer, Ali, arrived and was amazing. He identified the fault, repaired the fault and tested the machine. He also double checked the drain hose was correctly attached after I had attempted to resolve the issue (and failed) the day before. Ali is a great ambassador for Capital Repairs, as was his colleague who I spoke with the day before. I would definitely recommend.
Over 2 months in, £428 bill, engineer in our house for less than half hour and no nearer to getting extractor fan fixed. Returned a part that the engineer incorrectly ordered and still waiting for a refund.
