Great service
First class company to deal with, polite, friendly, reasonably priced, tidy work and turn up on time. I would definitely use them again, one for the must have phone numbers! My so called experienced electrician couldn’t find the problem, but Jami paid us a visit and within the Hr my Elica extraction fan was up and running. I would 100% recommend this company
I cannot praise Cattermole Electrical enough! My oven wouldn’t heat up so I called as was panicking due to having to do Christmas Dinner! They were so helpful and gave advice over the phone initially as they couldn’t get out straight away. In the end they still had to come out and found out the issue quickly – I then sourced the part with the hope it would come before Christmas – it came this morning, I messaged Jamie and he was here within a couple of hours to come and fit it for me! The customer service was absolutely excellent and I would highly recommend! Thanks so much!
