Scott was easy to get on with, it’s never easy to have a tradesman in the house however Scott made me feel at ease, he was pleasant, professional and kept in touch, I received a call 30 minutes before he arrived, thanks Scott, I will keep your details for any help I need in future.
Excellent service provided. Originally came to fix one fault with dishwasher but something else unrelated failed a few days later. Fixed 2nd fault without charging any more for labour or call out, parts only. Highly recommend!
Had Scott out to check out a freezer not working. Great help and advice and could not be anymore professional. This is the only person I would recommend or go to for any repairs like this. Top class service.

Was diagnosed with the possible fault over the phone (frozen pump) sorted as advised and was up and running within the hours without the need for a visit. How many would do this and not just come out to charge the attendance fee. Used this same company some years ago and the service was just as good.
Great service, integrated dishwasher fitted and washing machine fixed, both In timely manner, and very reasonable cost.
