After listening to details of my dryer issue over the phone, Craig proposed a workable solution that I could attempt myself after checking my level of ‘hand on’ comfort. We have used him a few times and he has always sorted out any issues we have had with our washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher
Our washing machine stopped working. We were looking at a 2 week wait for a call-out with a firm that wanted payment up front to set the appointment. Found Craig on Google. He was able to come round the next day, find the problem and fix it there and then with parts that he had brought with him. All for a fair price. Highly recommend.
Very impressed. Craig came the next day. Communication was good. He was able to replace the broken part on our oven which was causing it to short circuit. The price was fair. No issues. Would certainly recommend.
