As a tradesman myself, I completely understand that a callout to a property is free of charge, but once time is spent fault finding this is, quite reasonably, chargeable.
I have known Don for over 16 years and have used him to service washing machines and supply new machines when needed.
His charges are very very reasonable, his knowledge second to none. He is also one of the most genuine and friendly people I have ever met and completely upfront and honest with his charges and work.
Easily one of the best old school traders in the area, and I have just booked him to supply and install my new washing machine.
Our washing machine stopped working. I chose D.B.Domestic Services as they were local and had good reviews.
Arrived within specified time.
Was polite and friendly
Took 2 minutes to test and diagnose fault in the wall plug socket.
Cost £30
Unfortunately they are not electricians so we still need to get someone else to fix it.
