First class service
Really professional, very quick, couldn’t ask for more.
Authorised by Neff to repair their products they attended, fitted a part but didn’t know what they were doing which although fixed the original issue, caused a new problem.
Have now refused to complete the job after admitting they don’t have sufficient knowledge to fix my job.
During our last phone call the owner said he was “ducking out at this point” because it would cost them money and they didn’t have the knowledge. He put the phone down on me.
Avoid this company at all costs.
Fixed an issue under warranty but after not ordering all the parts 1st time, then created a new problem to which I was told to go back to seller as I was gunna have to go back under warranty for a problem they created, should’ve been fixed under works warranty
