Domestic did an annual service on our cordless Dyson, the engineer, Mike was very nice, efficient and tidy, very impressed.
Polite friendly service. Left working area clean. However, the customer needs to make the appointment as company will not remind the service is due but will keep collecting the monthly premium.
My hand held dyson lost power, quoted £35 call out on line then when I contacted them was told its £50.00. Then when an so called engineer came to my house advised me that a replacement was £170.00 or repair was £140.00 .The replacement took over 2 weeks .Should have bought a brand new machine on line for £5.00 more. The replacement looks VERY second hand. Not Happy at all.
Charged £84 for a 5 minute assessment of my machine. While my head was spinning from what they quoted me for the part. They spent the rest of time trying to sell me cover for my other kitchen appliances.
