Elite are a team of qualified, experienced and highly motivated engineers and are the selected warranty repair agent for many manufacturers including Samsung, Beko, Liebherr and ANS. We were founded in 2005 and over this time have established a great customer base and slowly expanded our coverage area as a result. We are now located in both London and our newly opened barn converted office in Stratfield Saye, Berkshire, so are able to cover a very vast area.
We are specialists in the repair of American style and frost free fridge freezers; priding ourselves in offering an unbeatable customer service in terms of availability, speed of service, knowledge and pricing. We can repair any make or model of domestic style unit and a large array of semi-commerical units.
All jobs are updated from site via our remote system, this feeds data back to our office instantly, allowing for immediate action on a job if required (ie part order). All of our engineers are manufacturer trained and hold City and Guilds and NVQ qualifications.

Using the Samsung Warranty repair service. I also had Chris like many others. Arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced a circuit board in the washing machine and do other checks. All done within 15 mins at most. Been a couple of weeks since then and have had no further issues. Thank you~
