Excellent service, lady in office was lovely and very helpful. Daniel arrived promptly and was friendly and professional. Fixed the dishwasher and showed us what we could try if same happened again in the future. Would definitely recommend Forresters to others.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve used this company 3 times now. Once for oven seal that broke a week before Christmas,ordered new one n got it in couple of days. Twice for washing machine. Second time they came out same day which I was so grateful. ?
First class service from in store staff , very helpful and informative in quickly sourcing a replacement fridge/freezer. Same excellent service from Ross today who travelled to Otterburn and installed new fridge/freezer & disposed of the old one . He even sent pics of the new installation via email to confirm job done.Seamless changeover and will definitely be back when we need other appliances. Thankyou ?
