Phoned Ian about problem with my washing machine not spinning. After a brief discussion Ian gave me an estimate for the work and said he would come round the following morning. He arrived absolutely on time and introduced himself. He immediately identified the problem, had the part on his van and my machine was working within 20 minutes. The charge was exactly what he had quoted. What a pleasure to meet such a pleasant and efficient person who is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I would certainly use him again and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Thank you Ian.
Hotpoint oven blew the main house circuit out at 0730hrs whilst prepping food. Called Ian @0805hrs. Here at 1000hrs. Oven fixed, 1030hrs. Outstanding service, quick, efficient, clean and reasonable. Would use again in a heartbeat 👌
Called and had a response in 5/10 minutes as he was passing by. Problem was diagnosed and fixed in the hour.
