I originally lived in Uckfield and on leaving school in 1975, I worked for the Civil Service in administration for 5 years and moved to Tunbridge Wells in 1978. Leaving the Civil Service in 1980, I worked for the Automobile Association (AA) as a patrolman rescuing motorists and carrying out roadside repairs. In 1985, I started work for Hotpoint as a Field Service Engineer, after I had completed the Hotpoint formal training I was repairing washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers and cookers. After being promoted to Senior Field Service Engineer I also repaired fridges and freezers. In 1993 I left Hotpoint and setup as an Independent Domestic Appliance Engineer, working in Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas. I offer a high quality efficient service, working from home I offer a same day/next day service at a reasonable price. I pride myself on my honesty and I work to the highest ethical standards

Brilliant friendly service. I called Len today at 13:00 for a faulty dishwasher at my home in Tunbridge Wells, by 14:00 he had arrived and by 15:00 everything was fixed! Len took a COVID safe approach too, can’t rate highly enough!
Len was a lovely gentleman who came to my house the next day after my initial call. He sorted my oven and made some helpful suggestions for the positioning of a plug point. Would highly recommend to anyone. I will definitely be using him again.

Len responded very quickly to my enquiry and fixed my oven on the same day. He was very professional and courteous.
We have used Len for a number of issues with different appliances and he is fantastic. Always honest about what can and can’t be done, actively saves us money, does excellent work. He is trustworthy and just a pleasant person to have in our home. Would highly recommend.
