Very helpful had a problem with dishwasher he told me what to do and it work
Superb service, genuinely nice person, knowledgable and very well experienced.
Had a fault on my 5 yr old AEG washing machine where it kept tripping the RCD on my fuse box. Called PJW, explained the symtoms and he diagnosed a suspected heating element failure, Came out the next day replaced the part and hey presto! Back in business!
PJW was excellent, did not add on any extras, charged exactly what was right for the part and the job to replace, extremely good value.
Called me beforehand to advise on his way, was on time, courteous, cant fault him and would recommend to anyone that needs his services.

My mother and I received an exceptional service from Phil today. Our washing machine belt had come off after we had overloaded the drum, and we struggled to fix it ourselves. Phil immediately answered our call, quoted us a very reasonable price and arrived within the hour. We had a lovely chat and he even helped us put our washing machine and other appliances back in their place. He is a lovely gentleman who went above and beyond for us. We will definitely use him again & would 100% recommend his services! 😁
