Paul Peters Electrical Services are a local company and specialise in home appliance repairs. We have been established for over 45 years.
We cover Macclesfield and all surrounding areas, and have a team of skilled technician’s on hand either on site or in your home, or if you wish you can bring your appliance to our workshop. We are on hand 6 days a week and visit’s a time to suit you. We also are on hand to discuss your requirements with no call ques or customer call centres.
We also sell home appliances, visit our showroom in Macclefsield Town Centre where we stock a range of home appliances. If we’ve not got in stock we can get any make or model and are competitive on pricing. We have deliveries daily.
Need a spare part for your appliance – we have access to almost any home appliance spare part whether its a part for your vacuum cleaner or a screw for your washing machine we can access the part to your model.
Do you need your Vacuum servicing, we offer an in store service and repair to your Vacuum. We also stock a wide range of Vacuum cleaners/bags/spare parts for your Vacuum cleaner.

Very disappointed because we wanted to support a local business. I rang 9 days ago for a washing machine repair. They took my details, said someone would get back to me with a date. 3 days later and no call, I decided to go into the shop, only to be told someone would get back to me within 7 days. Here we are and not even the common courtesy of a phone call to say they couldn’t get out to repair. Very bad customer service. I understand if they are busy but they could have rung me to tell me that.

I’ve used Paul Peter’s to fix my vacuum cleaner and iron in the past. On. It’s occasions the service was fast, reliable and good value for money. This time around my oven element had broken. After discussing with the very helpful staff I was advised that by the time I’d paid for a new part, VAT and fitting I may as well purchase a new oven. Given this was Xmas eve I was sceptical to whether to proceed but the staff reassured me that a new oven could arrive not only the same day but within 30 mins to which they duly obligated. The van arrived within 30 mins of me leaving the store and the staff member fitted the oven and showed me how it worked.The staff are helpful, knowledgable and great value for money. A very trustworthy company, I will take all my electrical repairs & new purchases here from now on, highly recommended. Happy Xmas all, a great locally based company to rely on.
Used these guys a couple of times and they’ve been great. Repaired everything and it stayed fixed! Really trustworthy and very nice
Used this company as had great reviews. Took in a pressure washer for repair that wasn’t working all the time. Very rude man who seemed angry that I wanted to just drop my item off quickly as I had children in the car. 2 weeks later heard nothing. He then accused me of not having paid a £5 retainer fee which I had. Another week later I called again for them to tell me they didn’t find a fault and had actually used my machine to clean down all their steps!! Very odd and unprofessional
