Phoned Andrew as is local rather than waiting for Bosch to turn up in 10 days time with a £100 call out fee. Washing machine wasn’t draining water out after wash. He promptly turned up the next day and cleared the blockage and said I didn’t require a new drain pump. Recommended, trusted and honest.
Mr Roots responded to my left message on same day and come the following day . He repaired an old washer/dryer which I am sure most others would have said ‘buy a new one’. Very polite and efficient.

Our washing machine wasn’t heating up the water. correctly. Initially we called Bosch, who would have charged £100 for a single visit. However, after they cancelled on us on the day of the appointment and could only offer a revised appointment nearly two weeks later, we tried a local provider. Andy was able to come out to us within 2 days, at which point he discovered the problem and ordered the replacement water heater. As soon as it arrived he came back and fitted it to our washing machine for a total cost of £88, which is about half the price Bosch would have charged. Our washing machine now works perfectly and I would highly recommend their services.
Although our machine would cost too much to repair Andy then came out and installed our new machine and gave helpful advice on how to use it!
