Hi, my name is Ronnie and my company Shiron Domestic Appliances was established in 2002. I am a Highly trained Domestic Appliance Engineer, with years of experience. Prior to this I was a Franchise Engineer for Hotpoint/Indesit/Whirlpool company for the last 20 years.
You can call me anytime (even weekends) and I will try and come ASAP, even on weekends and most of the time even same day.
My company is VAT registered and my prices are very affordable. My charges are fixed, and I do not charge hourly rate. If your appliance needs a part and if I have not got it on my van, I do not charge extra for the return visit. It’s just one-off price for the repair.

Called back within 10 minutes of enquiry. Listened to problem with washing machine noise over the phone. Was able to advise it was a broken drum and suggested too expensive to repair and get a new one. Very honest …. could easily have come out and charged a call out fee to give the same verdict. No charge and I now know a repair is not an option. …. thank you
I had a dishwasher door hinge need replacing. Seems simple, but the way our washing machine had been fitted meant the job was much longer than anticipated and more complicated. Ronnie though, completed the job and stuck to same quote. He was an absolute professional. Cannot recommend enough. Do not hesitate to call him if your appliance needs fixing!
Ronnie was professional and informative from start to finish, and fixed my dishwasher within 1 hour! Really impressed, great service.
Ronnie came quickly on a Saturday morning. He arrived within 2 hours of my call. He managed to unscrew the drainer pump and removed an item stuck in it. It was sorted in less than 30 minutes. Great service.
