Spin Doctor UK Ltd are appliance repair and installation experts working throughout London and surrounding counties. Our engineers repair all makes and models of appliances including Miele. We repair washing machines, washer dryers, dishwashers, electric ovens, electric cookers, electric hobs, extractors, tumble dryers and fridges.
Our prices are competitive and our service is quick & professional.
We repair most of the appliances that we attend. However, if it is uneconomical to repair your appliance we can supply and install a new machine very quickly. This makes the process seamless and stress free.
We offer same day or next day appointments depending on your location. Once you have booked an appointment you will receive text confirmation and when the engineer is on route he will send you a text with his estimated time of arrival.
The appointment times that we offer are Monday-Friday 7-7:30am (first call), 7-9, 9-12, 12-3, 3-4 (last call). For customers that have busy schedules we will always try to be flexible.
Our office opening times are Monday to Friday 9-5 however you can use the online booking system if the office is closed.
After every repair or installation, we will complete full electrical safety checks on the appliance (which is a legal requirement). We will also complete a loop impedance test on the socket that the appliance is plugged into as an extra precaution to ensure it is safe. Please make sure this is carried out by whichever company you decide to use.

Had spin doctor out to look at my noisy oven. The Engineer arrived on time, removed and checked oven. Found to be a fan noisy. Ordered part, came back and fitted new part job done.
Excellent service and job diagnosed first time.
Brilliant service and put the safety of our family first. They came to fix a faulty washing machine. The first chap ran some tests and rebalanced, which fixed the issue. However, he brought up the fact that there could potentially be a safety issue with a plug in the bathroom. He left, but then 20 minutes later came back with another colleague. They both ran some more tests, rechecked everything and gave us some advice for the longer-term.
They didn’t even mention charging us more than their call-out fee, and seemed genuinely concerned about the safety of our family. Would highly recommend!
Arrived on time, vety professional, started at the cheapest option for repair and worked upwards.
Highly recommended. Steve was generous with his time and professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if required.
