Professional service and friendly and professional engineer. Will definitely use again.
Very quickly established my washing machine was beyond repair. I would have saved the call out fee if I had assumed this from the start but it was here when I moved in and I had no idea how old it was. I decided to replace with a washer dryer and Complete Service provided 2 quotes for a new machine. Once I decided it was fitted quickly and I was extremely pleased with the job. They were punctual and the built in appliance was refitted with care and outer door fits better then before.
Downside: initial quote omitted model number of one of the suggestions, I got back to them, as without, it I couldn’t look up to see if it met my requirements.
Popped in some time ago with my wife, standing there for a while
there was no hurry to bother to serve us, looked like a local shop for local people, bought some Sebo bags. Would never bother them again as they seem to be in there own little world, they can keep it, i buy the bags online, local shops do not deserve to survive if they treat customers like a hindrance.
