Came within 24 hours and fixed our machine in just under an hour. I would definitely recommend!
I got Sergio’s number from a lady on Facebook who’s used him before. It was for my In-Laws as their washing machine wouldn’t open. Sergio spoke to my father in law and talked him through how to unlock it,(we all tried last night and couldn’t do it) it opened straight away. He was so kind and wouldn’t take payment,they said they would highly recommend Sergio and will definatly use him in the future. Definatly a 5 star treatment.
Same day repair! Sergio had an idea of the problem from the phone call, and came in the afternoon of the call. He had the back off the machine and in no time had confirmed his suspicions – replaced the part and put it all back together for a test. Great service – thank you.
