Ingredients
- 250g (9 ounces) Fresh Ravioli
- 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoons of Grated parmesan
- 1 ⅓ teaspoons of Italian Herbs
Method
- Boil the ravioli in water
- Remove from the pan and dry the ravioli using kitchen paper
- Preheat the air fryer to 180 C (350 F)
- Place the ravioli in a bowl and add the oil, herbs and parmesan
- Mix to ensure the ravioli is coated in the oil and seasoning
- Place the ravioli in the air fryer basket ensuring there is a gap between each piece
- Spray with oil
- Air fry at 180 C (350 F) for 3 minutes
- Shake the basket and air fry for a further 2 to 3 minutes or until the ravioli are golden brown and crispy

How To Cook Frozen Ravioli In An Air Fryer
This is the fastest and easiest way to make air fried ravioli.
Ingredients
- 1 pack of Frozen ravioli
- 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
Method
- Place the frozen ravioli in the air fryer basket in a single layer ensuring there is space around each piece
- Brush both sides of each individual ravioli pouch with olive oil
- Air fry at 200 C (400 F) for 3 ½ minutes
- Turn the ravioli and cook for a further 3 ½ minutes
- Remove from the basket
- Serve

- No need to defrost, cook from frozen
