This means you can get a real mix of textures, crispy exterior with a soft, moist interior.

With hardly any preparation time and only a few ingredients we’re sure you’ll love these air fried courgettes.

Ingredients

  • 227g (8 ounces) Courgettes (Zucchini)
  • ½ tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200 C (400 F)
  2. Chop the courgettes into 12mm (½ inch) half moon shaped pieces
  3. Place the courgette pieces in a large bowl and add all of the other ingredients and toss to ensure the courgette pieces are coated fully
  4. Place the courgette pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you might need to cook in batches)
  5. Air fry for 3 minutes
  6. Shake the basket and air fry for a further 3 minutes
  7. Shake the basket and air fry for another 3 to 5 minutes or until the courgette pieces are golden brown

  • 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Herbes De Provence
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  •  1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200 C (400 F)
  2. Slice the courgettes into 6mm (¼ inch) slices
  3. Place the sliced courgettes into a large bowl
  4. Add all of the other ingredients and toss to ensure all of the courgette pieces are coated
  5. Place the coated courgettes in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you might need to cook in batches)
  6. Air fry for 6 minutes
  7. Turn the courgette pieces and cook for a further 6 minutes
  8. Serve

  8. Turn and air fry for a further 3 to 5 minutes, or until the courgette pieces are golden brown and crisp
