  1. Prise the muffins apart or cut open with a knife
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 200 C (400 F)
  3. Place the English muffin halves in a single layer in the air fryer basket with the cut side upwards ensuring there is a gap between each piece
  4. Air fry for 2 minutes
  5. Turn each muffin piece over
  6. Cook for a further 2 minutes
  7. Serve
