You can cook noodles in an air fryer using absolutely no oil at all.

Ingredients

  • 283g (10 ounces) Noodles
  • 1 litre (1 ¾ pints) Water
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt

Method

  1. Place a pan of water onto the hob and add a teaspoon of salt
  2. Bring to the boil then add noodles
  3. Cook until just soft and remove the pan from the flame
  4. Drain the noodles
  5. Place the noodles on a plate and allow to dry (takes around 30 to 40 minutes)
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 200 C (400 F)
  7. Place the noodles in a single layer in the basket
  8. Air fry at 200 C (400 F) for 5 minutes
  9. Turn the noodles over
  10. Cook for another 4 minute or until golden brown and crispy
  11. Serve
