- Just place the foot spa on a towel
Placing the foot spa onto a towel you will prevent the floor from getting wet. Fill with warm water to the fill level. - Plug the foot spa in

Take your feet out of the foot spa one at a time and dry with a towel. - Switch off the foot spa
Remove the plug and switch off the foot spa. - Empty the water away
Remove all of the water from the foot spa and rinse the foot spa ready for next time.

If you have particularly dry skin, try adding a few tablespoons of either jojoba oil or coconut oil to the water.

If your feet are aching add ¾ of a cup of Epsom salts to the water and why not try 6 drops of lavender essential oils as well.
