I have 25 years of experience in the domestic appliance repair business. My aim is to give a friendly, honest and professional service to clients in South Somerset and beyond. Customer satisfaction is my top priority, therefore, I give a fair and honest assessment of each repair and advise as to whether or not the appliance is worth repairing or is beyond economic repair. The customer however will always have the choice. Much of my work in the past has involved repairing appliances during the guarantee period for large retail outlets and kitchen suppliers – so I have experience in both freestanding and integrated appliance repairs. Excellent service, replacemed drive belt on Indesit condenser dryer. Spares carried and lucky to catch Andrew just minutes before he had a cancellation so received an immediate response.
In addition to replacing the belt he knocked out dent caused by trapped clothing and checked the machine did not require recall for a manufacturer fault.
Would not hesitate to use his services if required again and with very competitive price I would fully recommend to friends and neighbours.
