There is no need to contact us first regarding these repairs, just drop your appliance in during our opening hours.
We do not repair carpet washers or ghd hair straighteners.
If you are unsure if we can repair your appliance please call/email before making a special journey.
Repairs usually take 3-7 days to complete. Some repairs may take longer due to delays in obtaining spare parts. A next day express repair service may be available on certain repairs.

This shop is the best. Any part, any problem it has the help you need. No fancy stuff 🙂
Spoke to the man in the shop off the off chance he had the element for the Bosch cooker
He told me to leave the serial number
He got back to me asap and said we have 3 in stock
So I purchased one off him
The man didn’t close the shop he stayed open until I purchased it
The man was very friendly
Very knowledgeable
He advised me on how to remove the old element and fit the new one
I would definitely go to the shop again and definitely recommend this shop for spares

Wonderful shop. Used it many times and the parts are always spot on. Went in today and the gentleman was so helpful and even gave me a few tips. Tumble dryer now fixed and saved from the landfill, saved me several hundred pounds on a new one aswell. True hidden gem of a shop.

I took a somewhat unusual electrical item to them (a central vacuum system) which had failed.
They stripped it and tested it and confirmed it needed replacing.
Unfortunately, sourcing a replacement motor proved not to be straightforward.
I left it with them.
Days, weeks, months went by.
On ocassions I contacted them, they assured me they were still sourcing parts.
Eventually, I decided it wasn’t worth waiting longer and told them I was going to buy a new machine. At that moment they said they were only a couple of weeks from a solution.
I gave them benefit of the doubt and sure enough it was fixed.
Much credit to them. They certainly persevered and managed the repair and at a very reasonable price.
Definitely 5* service.
