Extremely rude, very arrogant and agressive. I have 3 young children and teach from home, I needed his help and instead was presented with worrying behaviour from this cowboy tradesman.
Terrible, as you can see from the reviews other ppl have made on Google. Refused to return to either fix the existing or indeed fit a brand new dishwasher. Just wanted to take money for a visit, which I paid, but clearly he never wanted the job. Complete waste of time and money. Don’t waste your time
Edit: it seems that this guy is deluded. I requested to pay him to either to return and repair or replace said dishwasher. He didn’t want to take the job and advised me to go with a company who I was buying the replacement dishwasher from. If only he would have bothered to ask, I would have explained. We needed to switch the integrated one for a standard freestanding one, which AO and Curry’s etc would not do. As he had been already, and he is supposed to run a business, I asked him how much he would charge to fit the dishwasher if I ordered it to the house. He refused, he had no interest in returning to the job. He turned up, took a quick look at the dishwasher, which was broken, left 10 minutes later and charged £55, which I paid. Rude, arrogant and self entitled. Good luck with your future endeavours
