I booked a job….sent me an engineer….he said we can’t fix this type of fridge…then asked me for call out fees….
So the easy money for them to say we don’t fix this….and you have to pay
Done what i asked sent an engineer out pretty quick
Had visit from them Engineer repaired my washing machine that when smoke camera from it. Trying to call them and after 10 min waiting someone pick up the phone and when you get there they just hang up on you . Tryied calling them 3 times. Every time the same.
Engineer calls out says it needs a part leaves. Then left waiting. Nine days later still waiting, they haven’t been in touch yet.
Booked and paid £135 for an oven repair on 7th September. Repair man came out 3 days later to investigate. No contact since, no replies to emails, I call them up and get cut off constantly. Currently on day 42 without an oven and £135 down. Do not use this company.
Tried for over 3hours to get thru to them with no answer
Repaired the heat sensor in our oven, good communication and arrived when they said. New part took about a week to arrive, booked in for fitting as soon as convenient. Nice, friendly staff.
