Excellent service and reasonable prices. Very knowledgeable on our dishwasher error msg and put a fix in place so we didn’t need to buy a new one. Just superb and very pleased.
I had a problem with my washing machine, dealt with same day. Very professional and friendly service got my machine up and running in no time.

Messaged Tim on a Saturday, replied almost instantly and was upfront and honest about not doing microwave repairs and gave sound, honest advice warning of call out charges but no eventual repair which I really appreciated. Sounds like a genuine person.
Went on holiday and came back in August. Wanted to make a start on the holiday washing straight away. Put it on, noticed my washing machine was making an awful noise every time it span, I thought it was going to take off it was that bad. I had arranged for someone else to check it but, got let down by the person that had been recommended to me by a friend. I googled Tim and messaged him, he asked me to take a video of the washing machine to send it to him. He then said it could be one of two things wrong. We then arranged for him to come and check it out. Tim was very helpful and kept my very inquisitive 7-year-old daughter entertained while she was being nosy in his bag of tools. He ran the washing machine and diagnosed the problem straight away, repaired it and told me to do a few cycles with clothes in to check everything was okay and to let him know. Touch wood, no problems since. Will definitely recommend Tim to all my friends and family for any future problems. Thank you 😊
Tim came to look at repairing the heating element and fan on our oven. He fitted us in quickly turned up promptly was was knowledgeable about the problem. Unfortunately the costs of the repairs compared to the age of the oven meant that they would not be worth carrying out but he gave great advice about sourcing another oven and even recommended options that saved us money rather than generating him extra work. Such an honest and knowledgeable guy I would happily recommend him!
