Can’t recommend them highly enough! Returned my call immediately, said they would come out within the hour and they did, fixed the fault and worked over and above to fix some plumbing too which was not right when the machine was installed 18 months ago. Completely tidied up and friendly but professional at all times.

Nothing but good things to say about Malcolm and his son, who came round sharpish and essentially performed major surgery on my washing machine after diagnosing multiple faults, including shoddy installation – My waste pipe that was coiled for meters longer than necessary behind the kitchen unit causing the motor and pump to overwork and eventually the door latch to malfunction. Several of the parts were just thrown in FOC and the expensive motor was repaired using other parts they had to keep the cost down. They even recovered a facemask out of the deepest innards of the machine. They were clean and tidy as they worked and had the demeanour of honest trustworthy tradesmen. Do not hesitate to give Malcolm a call if your washer/ dryer is on the blink.
They came out on December 22nd and had the parts needed to fix my machine, no waiting till after christmas!

Absolutely delighted with their service. Fixed the machines motor very quickly and within a day of me calling and then can’t to sort out a completely unrelated problem a few weeks later in super quick time. Clean tidy and friendly, will definitely use again but hopefully not too soon
