How To Cook Baby New Potatoes In An Air Fryer
These baby new potatoes come out perfectly every time!
Ingredients
- 454g (1lb) Baby New Potatoes – washed, dried and cut in half
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- ½ tablespoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Method
- Place the new potato halves in a large bowl
- Add the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, rosemary and salt
- Toss to coat all of the potato pieces
- Place in the air fryer basket
- Air fry for 8 minutes at 200 C (400 F)
- Shake the basket
- Cook for a further 7 to 8 minutes or until golden brown
- Serve
Air Fried Baby New Potatoes Cooking Tips
- You can use any potatoes as long as they are small
- We used olive oil but you can use any oil of your choice
- We used dried rosemary but you can use fresh if you prefer

How To Cook Air Fryer Potato Wedges

These potato wedges come out crispy on the outside with a soft, floury interior.
Ingredients
- 2 medium Potatoes – washed and dried
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon Chilli Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Method
- Pre heat the air fryer to 200 C (400 F)
- Cut the potatoes into wedges
- Place the potato wedges in a large bowl
- Add all of the other ingredients
- Toss until all of the wedges are coated
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket ensuring there is a space around each piece (you might need to cook in batches)
- Air fry for 10 minutes
- Turn the wedges
- Cook for a further 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy
- Serve

With this air fryer recipe you’ll get perfectly baked jacket potatoes every time.
Ingredients
- 4 Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Method
- Wash and dry the potatoes
- Prick the skins with a fork in a few places
- Rub oil onto the potatoes and then rub on salt
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket ensuring there is space between each one
- Air fry for 20 minutes at 200 C (400 F)
- Turn each potato
- Cook for a further 20 minutes or until you can pass a knife through each one easily
