  1. I have had a nightmare with my repair. Beko dumped the job and didn’t bother comi g back! Dolphin however were amazing. They were totally swamped no bookings available, yet because of my disability and my need, they went above and beyond. They squeezed me in, got the parts and hey presto, my washer is fabulous again. Would highly recommend these guys. The lady in the office is just a delight and seems to always remember who you are, just lovely service. The engineers are very knowledgeable and very good at what they do. Their experience is invaluable. Domestic and general use these guys, that’s how I came across them and I am so happy I did. 10/10 for customer service, both in my home and on the phone. Highly recommend.

  2. Excellent and speedy service. Would highly recommend Dolphin Appliance Care for any cooker (gas) faults or repairs. The team are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Many thanks to Andy & Kurt for the work carried out today. Gas and ignition issues fixed without any issues. Don’t hestitate using Dolphin Appliance Care for repair of your domestic applicances!

  3. Excellent professional service. The technician was excellent and an absolute gentleman. Was overerly concerned reference the existing reviews.
    However completely unnecessary excellent in all aspects.
    The technician is a credit to the organisation. Cannot fault the response.
    However Beko not so good. Beko need to get there house in order with regards to customer service.

Dolphin were assigned to carry out repairs on my fridge / freezer that broke down, initial visit to identify problem was around a week, identified problem, informed visit to repair would be within a week or so, explained I have 4 kiddies and buying fresh food daily is costly, heard nothing, chased and chased and finally got a repair date some 3/4weeks later! Not ideal but is what it is, engineer arrived, engineer managed to break new part/something else, so apologised and said he’d rectify, arranged 3rd visit, no show, I chased and 2 weeks later advised it’s not their issue! Fridge in bits and no accountability in the slightest ! Shocking company!!! Do not deal with!!!

  5. I booked a repair via Domestic and General and waited in all day. I rang Dolphin to ask why the technician had not attended and why no-one bothered to let me know they couldn’t attend. No straight answer. Second appointment booked and Jermaine attended. He said he had fixed the noisy spin cycle but there was a leak from the inlet hose and another visit to fit one was needed. Jermaine advised not to use the washing machine if possible and turned off the water supply to the machine. I asked another company to supply and fit the hose because I couldn’t wait 10 days. He arrived the next day, fitted hose and tested the machine by doing a rinse and spin cycle. He discovered the machine was still very noisy and on taking the housing off there were several screws and a washer lying in the base. With regard to the comment about the leak from the hose, I find it strange that (a) I wasn’t asked for a cloth to mop up the water and (b) if there was a leak why there was no water visible when I was using the machine prior to the visit.

  7. Had the misfortune of dealing with this company for a BEKO appliance warranty job. Engineer came out, the Engineer confirmed a new part needed to be ordered. Was telephoned about a week later by a gentleman to apologise that Fed Ex had messed up the delivery but it was now expected the next day and someone would be in touch to arrange fitment. All quiet for about two weeks. Have now telephoned and been told the job has been closed because they couldn’t contact me. This is odd, given the telephone number they have for me is the same number on which the original engineer visit was booked and the follow up telephone call was made on!? I now have to start the whole warranty claim process again, because their computer won’t let them do anything? I’d hate to use that computer in my job. Anyway AVOID at all costs. Update 09/05/23. I had telephoned BEKO to complain and they raised a new job. Engineer came out this morning, very apologetic, confirmed we should never have been messed about like this. Still need to order the part, but a tiny bit more confident that this might now be sorted.
